Stay with a Local Photographer
& Capture Cambodia’s Beauty
Welcome to
Koemle Home
Hello, I’m Koemle Saing, a photographer. I’m passionate about sharing the beauty of Cambodia through my lens. My journey started in a small village in Takeo Province, and after years of working various and difficult jobs in Phnom Penh and beyond, I found my true calling—photography.
In 2004, a kind traveller gifted me a small camera, and that moment changed my life. Since 2006, I’ve been leading photography tours across Cambodia, helping visitors capture the country’s rich culture, landscapes, and people through their own eyes.

Lovely modern suite in Siem Reap - This was an excellent stay. The suite is new, air conditioning great, plenty of hot water, a refrigerator stocked with fresh water. The breakfasts were nutricious and delicious.... read more There was a bike available which I used daily for rides through the town and the countryside. English spoken by the host and his children.

Friendly homestay in Siam Reap - When you get visit Kim Leng (Koehler) Sang’s homestay, you do not just get a place to stay; you get friends for life. The family is so nice and open.... read more They were open and adjusted to our dietary needs (vegetarian), they allowed us to cook in their kitchen. We even used their appliances like washing machine. We felt at home.
The rooms are well equipped and are spacious. Four of us (my wife, my two kids and I) stayed in the two rooms. They are very cleanly maintained. The sit out outside is in the midst of nature. A native creeper is used to decorate the place to make it look special. The aesthetic sense that Leng shows in his photography is used for decorating his rooms as well.
If you are using his services as a photography mentor, staying here makes a greater sense, as it saves time and trouble.
Overall a great place to stay in Siam Reapvinaybv

Our favourite place to stay in Siem Reap - We've visited Siem Reap many times before and this trip we decided to stay out of town a bit, and immerse ourselves in the countryside and we're SO GLAD we... read more chose Kimleng's homestay - he and his lovely family made us so welcome.
It was so airy and cool (thanks to the a/c) and so great to be able to step out straight into the garden area to have coffee each morning. We loved having breakfast with them each morning, (we could have had it 'just us' if we'd wanted) chatting to Chinda and helping their kids practice their English (which is already very good).
They did our airport transfers for us, we ate with them one night (a lovely option after a long day at the temples) and were thrilled with how comfortable we were - wifi was good, the shower was always hot when we needed it and we had as much privacy as we wanted.
If you want a real Khmer experience - stay with Kimleng, he's so well-connected and highly respected in his village, he helps teach the local children and is always helping out a family in need. And if you want to see some temples and go home with the best photos, book a day or two's tour with him; he's a terrific photographer and knows all the best spots to take you to, far from the other tourists, when the light is just right.
Can't recommend him and his place highly enough. We'll be back. 🙂Venue-Owner
